Food was okay, but the customer service was the WORST in town. Can you believe that a waiter would throw money at the customers? \r
The waiter was very rude at the beginning. The attitude of the waiter got worse when we wanted to use the coupon. We were not satisfied with his customer service, so we didn't tip him very well. My friend left some tip on her card, and I left some on the table. Apparently, he was upset with us that we didn't tip him well. He chased after us to the door and threw the money at us and asked us to keep our change!!!! When my friend went back in to the restaurant to argue with the manager, the manager defended him and said he was upset because we didn't tip him well. Then the waiter said he would definitely do it again in front of the manager and my friend!!!! The manager and the waiter did not apologize on what had happened to us. \r
It was a terrible experience!! I definitely DO NOT recommend Surin West to anyone!!!!
