Very poor quality work. I have a household steam cleaner but was looking for a professional job so I called Sparkling Carpets.\r

After they finished, I put down a white towel and it immediately picked up dirt. The rug looked no different after the cleaning other than it was wet. \r

I had them scheduled two days, one for our home and the next week for our apt. When I called to cancel the following apt. they asked why and I told them that I was very disappointed with the quality of the job. They said ""ok, we have canceled your appointment next week"". \r

They didn't apologize or offer to redo the work or anything! I was shocked and truly disappointed. \r

I would not recommend Sparkling Carpets to anyone!\r

Avoid this company and go with someone who will stand behind their work.
Pros: I can't think of one
Cons: Poor work, Poor customer service
