If you want a contractor to take twice as long as promised due to approx 10 jobs going on at the same time and the final cost to be way over estimate, Darryl Jordan aka Skyline Construction is the contractor for you. Good contractors who have good business sense only take on 2-3 jobs at the same time so they can focus on the job at hand but Darryl Jordan sees the need to take on approx 10 jobs at the same time which means his men are stretched extremely thin so they will only show up to your job every now and then, hence the job taking twice as long as he tells you. If you do go with this company, get several estimates and make sure when Darryl Jordan sends you an invoice, make sure it is itemized vs the original estimate because you will be amazed at how much more the actual bill comes in vs. what you thought you were going to pay following what the estimate says. Long story short, if money is no issue and you don't mind your project taking forever, Darryl Jordan is the contractor for you but if you want good work done in a timely fashion that falls in line with an itemized estimate, run like hell from this guy.
