We entered the restraunt and we sat down right away. After 15 minutes of waiting we asked another emploee who our server was. She was sitting behind the counter talking to another employee and must have been too entertained to help us. She told us she didn't know who our server was but they should be right with us. After another 10 minutes we went up to the manager and told him how long we were sitting there. He told us we should have said something sooner and at that point I was furious. We told him that we did say something and still no service. The people that sat down after us were waited on before us. He said to go ahead and sit back down and he would get someone to help us. My husband was so mad at this point that we left and drove down to the Provo wingers and received great service.
Pros: If you don't care how long you wait for service then I would recommend this restraunt
Cons: Unfriendly managers, slow service, poor customer service, Young servers that are more into there social life then helping customers
