This guy is a first rate scam artist. Currently have a civil suit filed against him. Spent the deposits on personal items, never finished the job. Didn't pay any of his employees or sub-contractors. Been phoning Monmouth County Prosecutor on a regular basis. Think this guy should be prosecuted criminally. If you need any more info let me know.
