We had terrible service at this auto shop. We brought in out car for a big repair - and we had problems lasting 3 months after that. The worst was when our car died 2 hours from home due to their negligent repair (this was after it died on the 101). We submitted an offer to settle and Don rejected it. We were forced to submit a claim to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs, a state regulating agency and file a small claims complaint. The Bureau of Automotive Repairs founds negligent repairs and Don's finally agreed to settle. We dismissed the small claims complaint. We were very disappointed and VOWED to only get service on our car at the dealership from now on. The premium of cost to repair is worth the knowledge that they are more service oriented and will respond to a valid complaint.
