I went in late on a weekday, they were 30 minutes from closing and the salesperson was so extremely helpful, patient and pleasant to deal with. It was past closing and I was not rushed in any way. High marks for great customer service, I wish I remembered her name but this experience is not at all like the other reviewer on this site - probably depends on the salesperson. The store was so well organized and it was easy to find what I needed, not at all overwhelming like other bead stores and I liked that their semiprecious beads were kept in an orderly manner and so were less damaged than other stores I've seen. Prices were also very decent.
