Saffire is just what my husband and I were looking for! While culinary wonders are a short drive away in Nashville, Franklin itself doesn't have an abundance of great dining experiences. Saffire is an excellent alternative to driving to Nashville for a night out. The food is great Southern fare and the atmosphere is cool and eclectic. While the service is not the best we've ever experienced, the servers are friendly and fun. Highly recommend the chicken fried chicken with Loveless gravy if your looking to tantalize your tastebuds and expand your waistline!
