I have been studying tai chi at Austin Kung Fu Academy for 16 months. In that time we have worked on five forms: the yang 37, broad sword, chen, straight sword and fan. We have done a variety of warm up exercises, push-hands and standing meditation. Santanu Rahman knows his stuff and is an unassuming and masterful teacher.
