Princess and Co provided the cake for my wedding. The cake tasted terrible and did not look how we had agreed upon in the contract. The grooms cake was also less than adequate. The owner had agreed to pick up her items the day after the wedding. She left me a message while I was on my honeymoon asking when I would drop these items off to her. When we called and reminded her that she had agreed to do this, she said that everything was fine and she would return our depost. One month later, we called to find out when we could get our deposit, as it had not yet been returned. She gave us the run-around and in the meantime deposited the check. When we called to get the money back, she said that she had been unable to get ahold of the staff at our reception venue to set a time to get her items. This was over a month after the wedding. She said that since she could not get her items, she deposited the check. Even though we payed her to pick up her stuff, she never did. She still has not refunded our deposit, and all of her items have been returned. This company is poorly run and will be sure to put a damper on any special occasion. Please avoid using this company.
