I went there for an event, so I wasn't going specifically to buy food or beer. However, I was more than happy to buy a beer anyway, but was never offered a menu (though lots of other people around me were). I could also not get the waiter's attention, and when I went to the bar to order a drink, the bartender never came over, despite waiting several minutes. Instead, he decided it was more important to wash glasses at the other end of the uncrowded bar than take my money (if he had washed any more glasses, he would have nowhere to stack them). I'm not Irish (or even white), but apparently all the people getting good service were. If you're not Irish, you probably want to spend your money elsewhere.
