This company is so bad they lose everything you send them or at least they tell you they havent received this things weve been trying for several months to get our house payment lowered and told me an amount that had to be paid by the 30th so i call on the 28th and they tell me they cant accept my payment so know i am sending them a complaint letter with payment they will accept it thru the mail thats how i've been sending payments if you send them a personal check it takes them 2 weeks or more to credit it however if you send a cashiers check they do it within 4 days mailed in THEY TOTALLY are the worst ever and doesn't even start with their customer service reps alot of them have accents so strong you cant understand them which makes me wonder if they understand my english plus many are RUDE i will probably be contacting HUD or a LAWYER to straighten this up INGRMICH
