The absolute worst. I signed up for Direct TV then was not able to have it installed because my landlord did not approve. When I told the salesman at LakeTV he screamed if you are cancelling the installation you will be charged $300. I went to the store and talked with the salesperson to ask if the charge was from Direct TV or them. He said it was through LakeTV, you signed it so too bad we are still charging you $300.00. This was from Laketon not DirectTV. He kept saying ""see the contract, see the contract.."" Very rude and basically kept saying too bad. I will NEVER shop there again.
Pros: none whatsoever
Cons: rip offs, rude, contracts hidden costs, did I say RUDE
