Have been going there for years and recently I have not been enjoying my food there. It is dry, cold, and inaccurate and when you call to get it corrected if they don't hang up on you. They try to make you pay for it again. My company of over 100 people placed a small $85.00 order and they forgot some of the food so we understand that so we called to get it corrected and they hung up on us and when we called back they said they would only correct it by making us pay an extra $10.28 for the food we already paid for. When we called the third time they admitted that they made a mistake and asked what do they need to do to make us go away. This put a bad taste in my entire companies mouth and any company catering parties will be reserved for a company that knows what customer service is. For me this is my last meal from them after at least 5 to 7 years. Cons: Food quality, customer service more
