I agree 100%, They tried to to rip me off my deposit so I told them it would be legal and threw the law book at them if anyone wants to hear how to get your deposit back let me know I can help. First and foremost state law says you must get your security deposit back within 3 weeks by the state of california and that its is illegal to charge absurd amounts and you can retain 3 x times the rent back. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!
