My girlfriend took her car into Meineke about 1:30ish on a Saturday for brake pad replacement, new windshield wipers, a transmission flush and a ""Supreme"" Oil change and it was ready to go by 5:30. They called within the first hour with a FREE quote and told us that the front brakes probably needed to be done sometime in the near future, just not right now. I respect their honesty by not leading us on by telling us we needed everything in the book done to her car right then. I've had personal bad experiences with two of the brake companies out there and Meineke completely blew them out of the water on service, friendliness and price. If you need your car repaired then I would take your car to Meineke first before ever going Anywhere else.
Pros: Honesty, Friendliness, Low prices, Speed of service, Automotive knowledge and great hours!
Cons: We passed their business once because of the small sign, or it could have been the small tree in the way, so a more visible sign .
