I took in my daughter's car for oil change, using the coupon on the back of a grocery receipt. First they tried to add on a ""shop charge"" on an oil change! I got that knocked off, but then they added in a extra $1 because they used a different oil grade, without asking me ahead of time. Nickel and dime stuff, sure, but you'd think they'd know better since I'm the kind of customer who'd use a coupon. To top if off they told me I was down to 10% pad on both back and front brakes. I declined their offer to do the brakes and took it to Brake Specialist. They told me the rear had 60% pads left. Somebody's lying or incompetent. Guess who. This experience with Lambs is consistent with other experiences I've had with them over the years. Avoid these guys and do not trust anything they tell you.
Pros: Have an oil change coupon
Cons: Not trustworthy, hidden extra charges
