I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a used 2005 Elantra from King Hyundai with paint and body damage that King promised they would repair at no charge, all I had to do is bring the car back in. When I went in to schedule the repairs, they knew nothing of any such agreement, and the salesperson and sales manager who assured me the car would be repaired, no longer work there.
In addition, I refinanced the car through my credit union and their gap insurance was only $323 - King's was $699. On October 13th I had to make 1 phone call and 2 trips to King to get the form to request cancellation of my gap insurance. When I had heard nothing from them a month later, I sent King a certified letter and a copy of my request to cancel the gap insurance. Now, almost a month later, I still have heard nothing from King, and regret I ever chose to do business with a dealership that lacks integrity and could care less about customers once the car is out the door.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
