Jacksonville's Capital Grill has a long way to go to keep up the reputation of the chain. I just recently dined at the Capital Grill in Orlando and the customer service and the food quality was far superior than that of Jacksonville. My daughter and I had lunch at the Capital Grill at Towne Center last week. The dry aged steaks were heavily charred and overwhelmed the taste of the steaks. The vegetables (green beans) were also charred tasting. My daughter and I struggled in and out the doors with a baby stroller very unlike Orlando's CG where the customer service is what you would expect for a high end restaurant. The management was rather snobbish instead of the customer service I would expect when paying the high prices of this chain. I must say that our waitress was very accommodating and did everything we expected and more. Overall, food quality wasn't as good as The Outback and the management needs to beef up customer service.
Pros: Could be better with time and a different attitude.
Cons: Poor management and poor customer service.
