When I arrived to get a simple cut and color I was greeted by friendly staff. I was introduced to Rachel, who would be doing my service. During the visit she complained about past salons she had worked at and told me she was sick that day.
I asked for caramel highlights and ended up with my entire upper section yellow. She curled my hair as my 'style', so the next day I was shocked by the HORRIBLE cut and color job. Plus my sweatshirt was stained on my shoulders!
I called management and was told to research how much a replacement sweatshirt would be and they would give me my money for a new sweatshirt. When I went into the salon to discuss, the manager gave me less than what it would cost for a new sweatshirt. I asked for her to look at the cut and her response was, 'I would not have done the cut like that.' I asked for a touch-up and she rolled her eyes, but got a great stylist, Chris.
Chris fixed me up and was super nice. I will not go back, even though I really liked Chris and would trust a cut/color from her.
