Ate at Zink on a Friday night after a Charlotte Checkers game. Had never been to Zink before, but we all agreed we were glad we had given it a try. We were seated promptly, and our server came by soon, which was great considering they were very busy. Menu was good, and all 4 of us enjoyed our orders. Lots of variety for the varying tastes at our table (we had one vegetarian and one carnivore in the group). We asked for two of the dishes to be modified slightly, and they came to us just as we had requested (this shouldn't be a problem in any restaurant, but in many places the server or the kitchen don't pay attention to preferences, especially when it is a busy night). Appetizers were a good choice, as it was late and we did not want a lot of heavy food...the soups were especially good. Ambiance was nice, and our son said Zink would be a "great date restaurant". Would definitely go to Zink again.
