I have been getting massage from Alison for years now. My tension, stress and fatigue melts away after a session. Every time I get therapy, Alison has a new technique, or new music that is unique to her massage. Alison also uses essential oils with her massage, so I also seem to get an aromatherapy sesssion at the same time.
She's great about really getting deep into the muscles and sore spots, without making you feel like you need a massage after your massage! It's obvious her background is in health, because all my encounters at other spas have been weak in comparison to Alison. My favorite massage is the "ultimate", and she works on me for almost two hours. It's like having three massages in one sitting!!!
When I was pregnant, Alison worked on my every two weeks, and I had no swelling or aching anywhere. I'm very lucky to have such a great therapist, and hope that others get a chance to experience her massage!!!!
