Woodinville Pharmacy lacks organization and they have serious communication issues within their staff. Unfortunately, they are one of the few pharmacies on the Eastside that provide compounding medications. My newborn must take her medication in this form. \r
Every month there is a problem. Problems range from letting me know that it's ready to be picked up and when I go to pick it up it was never created to the most recent problem which was the final straw. I changed insurance and I faxed the cards to them to help speed up the process. The Pharmacist (who is also the manager) insisted that they never received the fax yet at the same time she was repeating the new information to me over the phone! I tried to explain to her that she had it because she was repeating what I sent her, but she kept telling me that I was wrong and she was very disrespectful.
