I took my cat in on Monday they took her in the back to take some test. she came out with a huge gash on her side stating she cut her self. They asked me if they could trim her nail which they charged 29 dollars for. they glued her cut together and did a horrible job i had to take her back in for them to re glue it. The doctor then advised me to take home a neck shade so she does not lick the cut which they charged me for. My cat is very calm and i know she would never hurt herself. i was appalled with the fact that my kitty was hurt and they made me pay for there mistake. i had blood work done and receptionist was very rude and said that she would have the doctor contact me after 3 days because she would not be in. wth i do not recommend this place. i use to go to north ave and they are the best. i tried the Chicago cat clinic because i live a few blocks away please do not take your cat here.
