Rx Formulations is a compounding pharmacy (apothecary). I regularly fill a prescription there and the service has been pretty good. I have never gone into the physical location. I've always just faxed over the information for new prescriptions or called to refill prescriptions. The prescription shows up at my house a few days later. My insurance does not cover compounded prescriptions but it hasn't been that expensive. I thought it was going to be a lot more. Their hours of operation are limited. If I remember right, they are only open until 4 PM. Since I can call and have it delivered to my house, this hasn't been a problem.
