The property is filthy and my unit leaked the whole time. Told the manager Ralph who could have cared less. The office is never open and you can never find the manager during so called office hours. There are too many other storages in Wylie to put up with this. I found a great facility right next door to them called Action Self Storage that is clean and well maintained and has an onsite mangager that is actually onsite.
