1. My cars go in...in need of repairs. My cars are returned to me...fixed and working properly.\r

2. They offer shuttle rides back home (within a certain distance). I live in Belmont. Jimmy has given me many rides but I've also gotten a ride once from one of the owners. They take care of their clients. \r

3. Jay and Rob are usually the ones in the front office to meet you. They are friendly and definitely try to make the process of paperwork easy and quick. \r

4. I've met both owners (Eric and Adam) and they understand that customer service is very important. They are polite, helpful, and personable. \r
