They post ""Happy Hour"" in their ad as ending at 6:00 pm. The waiter/waitress inform you too late that it ""really"" ends at 5:45. They no longer honor their 2 for 1 coupons if you sit in the bar and order happy hour drinks. They really need to post a list of rule changes on the front door.\r

We have been loyal to this restaurant since it opened but after being informed of yet another rule change last night, we are done with La Capilla. It has become the ""Unhappy Hour"" place to not go.
