My friend's parents own the restaurant, and I've worked there for a very short time and I can say hands down that this restaurant is absolutely amazing. I've had sushi in much more upscale and expensive restaurants and I've never been nearly as impressed with their food. The owners get new shipments of fish roughly every 1-2 weeks, guaranteeing freshness. If the fish doesn't look good enough, they don't buy it. \r
The service is also great; in other restaurants (usually corporate owned), there are rules regarding when to bring your food to the table, but at Ginza, they bring it whenever it's ready, meaning very quickly. I've brought many friends there and every single one has said it is the best tasting sushi they've had. Their crunchy kani rolls are amazing! I'd also suggest the dancing kani roll, which is made of avocado, crab meat, and spicy mayo (it's really not that spicy... I can't eat spicy foods at all). Still, all of their rolls are delicious, and they'll cater to your tastes.\r
The busiest times are obviously weekends, usually after 6 until about 10, they open and close at 11 everyday, but even then you'll probably get a table within 15-30 minutes.
Pros: exceptional service, amazing fresh food, variety
Cons: bathroom, size (not a huge deal), parking (also not a huge deal)
