I was very impressed with the product and the service. Miguel Polo was the technician, he was early, he explained the reprocess in detail, and did a great job of cleaning my 2 area rugs and 2 hallway runners and cleaning up when he was finished. He even gave me his cell phone number and told me to call anytime, even if it is late in the evening, if I needed additional information or did not know what to do, or had a emergency. The was even a followup call to make sure everything went fine. I would definitely recommend Carpet Dryclean product process and staff.
