Comfortable, luxurious room 11/11/2007

My husband and I patronized the hotel in August and had an extremely pleasant stay. The king-sized bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever been in, with the soft, high-thread count sheets and fluffiest comforter imaginable. The room was clean and sparsely decorated, comfortable and quiet. We were on the 7th floor in the front, and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the place was, yet enjoyed our view of Broadway at night. The bathroom was large and very clean, with marble floors and spacious sink areas. It would be a tight squeeze in the potty for someone of large stature, as the toilet was nestled between the window and a wall, but it was fine for us. \r \r Very close to all areas of interest downtown, but parking leaves a lot to be desired, which is, sadly, not unexpected in downtown Nashville. We woke up too late to take advantage of the brunch that was offered, but plan to experience it next time we return. All in all, a beautiful hotel, with beautifully renovated non-smoking rooms that allowed us to indulge in comfort and privacy. Other than the parking, we had absolutely no complaints, and look forward to returning again next summer. Pros: Most comfortable bedding I've seen - and I'm very picky! Cons: Horrendous parking more
