Service after the sale: above and beyond. The ring size that I told Dean was wrong. My wife said she was a 6 when she was really more like a 4. Dean helped me get it down to size -- no easy task as the thing was entirely embeded with diamonds. \r

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Expensive maybe? Not really -- you get what you pay for.
