I've been working out at Proper Form for a year now. Every visit is a fun-filled challenge to improve myself (corny but true). Chris, George and the rocking trainers, including Luis (the man with my plan) are incredibly accommodating of my insane travel schedule. The studio is immaculate. The environment is completely motivational, no matter what your physical level. These folks make you SWEAT and, while my visits sometimes seem like an hour of punishment, the results keep me going back for more. Thanks to Proper Form for creating a place where I want to be, for piping in the cool tunes, running a tight ship, and for really caring about my progress!
