I was a real couch potato until I started training at Proper Form. In Just a few sessions I am feeling much better and am able to do more. I really appreciate the one on one training and the way they tailor the exercise program to your abilities. After a period of illness I was becoming more and more inactive. Now I can feel the difference and while I realize that I still have a long way to go, I am starting to feel my abilities increasing. I appreciate the personal care. All of the staff are so friendly and the place has a good atmosphere to train. Not once have I felt embarrased, even though I could not perform optimaly.
Pros: They are accomodating with appointments and always on time.
