just moved here from the west coast and was finally looking forward to finding a new salon. read great things about this one so i decided to give it a try. had a noon appointment and as i'm driving there i get a call from them telling me my stylist won't be able to make it. that was it. no other explanations or attempts to fit me in with someone else or even an apology. they asked me if i could come back on monday and i told them no because i work monday's through fridays and yet they still continued to say ""well we have a 9:30 on monday..."". spent a great deal of time trying to find the right salon and rearranging my schedules and had my day all planned out, but now i'm back on the computer trying to look for a salon who can take me today since i am going out of town but of course everyone is full. thanks wet salon for such an advance notice, terrific customer service and professionalism!
