I paid $50.00 dollars to William & Mary Photography for a CD and a plaque with my son's soccer picture on it. I received the CD, but no plaque. I called the company approximately one month ago and spoke with someone who said she would look into it. I gave her my address when she asked because I thought she would go ahead and send it. I called again about a month later (because no plaque had arrived) and left a message asking someone to please call me back regarding this issue. I left all of my information on the recording (the recording asks that you do so). I did not receive a call back. I called twice the following day and the first time I got the answering machine. I left all of my information again. I called again an hour later and spoke with a female. She sounds like the person I talked to a month ago but she claims she doesn't handle this area. She said she would have to look into it. I gave her all of my information again. I asked if someone would please call me back and let me know what they found out. She wouldn?t really commit to doing this and said they were really busy. I told her I was frustrated because I was missing half of my order. She said that whenever they fill an order they always check it off and make sure everything is complete before they send it. I got the feeling that she was implying that I would not be getting my plaque because she felt the company had sent it. She also said the item may have been 'lost in the mail.' I did email the soccer organization and told them I felt they needed to use a different photographer in the future because of the problems I have had.
