Yes her car did break down 14 months after we las saw the car . she asked it I would fix it and I said I would if we found the cause to be a defective installation. she asked if I would pay for the shop it was at in san francisco to do the repairs. I said no. We would have to look at it . She would have to tow it in, She asked how long it would take. I said I do not know what parts are needed, it may take 2 -3 days .She said she could not wait that long. and had another auto repair shop do the work. After repairs were completed ,she called again and asked for us to pay for the repair. I said as before she would have had to towed it in and she did not .I hung up .Its is not our business policy to write out large checks to people because they say a repair that was needed is our fault, when do do not have a chance to verfy the complaint. To most people that would be common knowledge.
