On several occassions, Gray's has failed to pick up my trash. I often have to call them to remind them to come by my house to pick up. They hardly ever offer any type of apology or explanation when I call. I do not recommend this service. The other waste management companies are a little more expensive, but at least you know that your trash will be picked up. After a long days work, the worst feeling is pulling into your drive way in the pouring rain with your trash can flipped over and garbage bags everywhere because Gray's Disposal forgot to pick up your trash earlier in the day. Again, do not patronize this company. You will regret it.
