I went to this cleaners to have my son's coat cleaned. It was a down coat. When I went to pick it up the lady said she damaged the coat. She said she did not know what happened but it melted. I told her to let me see the coat and she said she threw it out. I told her she needed to pay for my coat and when I told her the value of the coat she said she would not pay me for it. She was very mean and rude instead of being sympathetic to my loss. I had to call the police because she refused to pay for my coat and when the police asked where was the coat, low and behold the coat appeared with holes in it and the feathers popping out of everywhere. It was a horrible experience. I had to go out and get my son another coat. I do not recommend this dry cleaner, they do not know what they are doing.
