We visited Ruby Tuesdays on a Saturday night with a party of 7, so we were expecting a wait. What we didn't realize is that the original 20 minute wait would become an hour, and a much larger group that came in after us would be given priority (and, no they did not have a reservation). Over and hour later, and after a chat with the manager (who had no apologies), we ate dinner at Wendy's. This was the most disappointing restaurant visit we have ever experienced. We definitely do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Pros: comfy waiting seats
Cons: you never get to eat
