My fiance and I just attended a red carpet event that Cannoli Kings Catering sponsored for Lavish Lifestyles, at the Jim Henson Studios in Hollywood, November 6th, the food was spectacular! First, the servers were incredible, they really covered the party -500 people were in attendance and i believe everyone ate the scrumptious appetizers prepared by Celebrity Chef Michael Parise, who was in attendance as well. First appetizer to be passed was the Bruchetta with goat cheese and Kalamata olives served on these wonderful garlic rustic toasts, pure heaven-second appetizer was mini Portobello Mushrooms stuffed with fresh Italian sausage, The third appetizer was Panchetta wrapped prawns with a Garlic Aioli, at that point I was sold. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Parise as he was walking down the red carpet and we spoke for awhile. To cut to the chase Cannoli Kings WILL be catering our wedding in June of 08. and we are very excited. All in all Cannoli Kings is pure class and I highly recommend them for any event.
