My car was towed for a vibrating transmission on October 10, and it's still sitting there on November 16. Every time I call or go there, they should know something ""by next monday"". Finally, after the last trip up there, multiple gears needed replacing along with other various minor repairs. Well, over 5 mondays later and I still have no car. I have been there before with decent work done, and again made it very clear that this was my only vehicle and I couldn't drive until I got it back. So here I am 6 weeks after the original problem and still have no car to drive and now haven't heard from them in over a week. None of my future vehicles will ever have this shop touch them.
