Good service is hard to find anymore. I was tired of the unanswered phone calls from my former stylist and having to wait, at least a half an hour after my appointment time, to get started. My husband had given up before me and had been told about Salon 7000. He was very impressed with the service and the cut he received from Andrea. I finally gave in and asked him to make an appointment for me. Salon 7000 not only answered the phone when he called but they also took the time to call me the day before the appointment to remind me. That is very helpful when you have a busy schedule. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted, like I had been there before. Andrea was ready for me when I came in and we got started right away. Wow! I could tell Andrea knew what she was doing because of the way she listened to me first, then made some suggestions. Andrea doesn't just shampoo your hair, she massages the scalp, which is very soothing. She also suggested products that would help me to manage my hair the way I wanted to. The salon is very roomy and has a nice, contemporary look. I was so impressed that I decided to give the estitician a try and got my eyebrows done and permenant eyeliner done. When I find a good business, that meets my needs, I will continue to come and will tell others, too. Thank you Andrea and Salon 7000.
