I bought some veal ribs at Caputo Palatine for my father recently that were overpriced and badly graded and cut, hid by the packaging. I went to take them back, and a guy named ""Charlie"" who didn't even LOOK at them just said the bones were ""heavy"", like I have never bought ribs before. THIS is why you go to someone more reputable like Trader Joes, Jewel and Dominics. They would basically ""no questions asked"" replace the product or refund your money. VERY disappointed in Caputo and Sons. DON""T let your parents shop there, they won't push back on bad customer service.
