I don't do a lot of purchasing at jewelery stores, but I went to this store to locate a specific item they had on sale at Christmas. Naturally, running around at the last minute made the task even harder. The item in question was also in limited quantity which put an added twist to my quest. At the store my worst fear emerged, they were out. However, the saleperson was very helpful and took it upon herself to call another location. They had the item & she even asked to have it held for me. Even though she didn't get the sale, she definitely went out of her way to promote the Zales mission statement and demonstrate excellent customer service. My encouter with the staff at the other location was equally as pleasant. If I ever need to purcahe again Zales will be the first store I will go to. Oh by the way, the item that I purchased was of excellent quality for the price I paid.
