I just moved to the baltimore area and i desperately needed a new salon. I was pleased to find a highly recommended spa/salon right off 83N. I called to ask questions about appointments and was suprised to find that the customer service was incredible. The girl who answered talked to me for almost 15 minutes about the differences between their services. I made an appointment to consult with a hair stylist, and although she was booked for weeks, they squeezed me in!
Pros: the staff, experience/atmosphere
Cons: i had to go home afterwards!
