Don't be fooled by Kam. Once they make the sale they are terrible when things go wrong. We spent nearly $10,000 on appliances. One of them was speced wrong. KAM charged me a $350 service fee to exchange the range hood. They said they had to incur charges to inspect, repackage and reship the product back to Viking. The next day thay were installing the same range hood in their show room at my $350 expense. The latest is that our Bosch oven needs a part and we've been waiting for over 4 months. For 4 months we can't use our lower oven. We spent over $1900 on this oven and 1/2 of it is useless. Kam doesn't service what they sell. Do not buy from them. Pros: Nice offering of appliances. Cons: Their service stinks. more
