I saw Dr. Robert Rock and was very disappointed. He didn't give me any chance to talk and I had to request time to even ask him a question. He "diagnosed" me within seconds of entering the room without any real exam. He seemed to ignore the fact that I had an infection despite obvious signs of an infection. Everytime I would try to speak I would get interrupted by him. I eventually stopped trying to talk and ask questions so he would just finish up so I could leave. The only positive experience I had there was Dr. Rock's assistant. He was a nice man and very compassionate. Everything else was abysmal.
Pros: None really.
Cons: Doesn't spend time with patients, no communication skills, poor care.
