I have been a customer here for a few years. Lately the service has been poor. The salon used to be very busy, upbeat and fun. Now it is so slow I don't know how they stay in business! I used to have to wait for an appointment but now I can get in with him whenever I want. I think they might be trying to sell out. My stylist and the spa workers all are very tense and wont say much, but I have heard the current leadership has poor skills and is just coasting on the good old days of how it used to be. I used to like being here but now there are cameras everywhere and the atmosphere just isn't the same. Nothing like getting a shampoo while staring at a camera! I think its time to find a new place for my dew.
