Jerry fixed 3 of the 4 problems I was experiencing. The 4th is not fixable.
Sometimes when a stranger comes into our home I'm not comfortable. With Jerry I felt immediately comfortable and safe. The price agreed upon is fair. He completed the work in a timely manner.
He also gave me some tips on purchasing a memory stick and external drive which I followed up on and am very satisfied with.
